Gravlax with Scottish vegetable pancakes and rice chips

Step 1
Marinate salmon in a mix of salt, sugar and chopped dills for one hour

Boil white rice well, place it on parchment in a thin layer, sprinkle with boiled brown rice, and dry

Fry rice chips in oil

Coarsely grate pumpkins, carrots and apples, add curry, rice flour and eggs, knead the dough, and fry pancakes in olive oil
